FINE MATERIAL WASHER
Single or twin screw models accept feed sizes up to 3/4” (19mm). Separates unwanted slime and dirt from sand.
FINES RECOVERY JET
Valuable ultrafines that collect below the screen are flushed back to the screw.
DEWATERING SCREEN
Deeper bed depth combined with sidewall media produces a drier product.
SAFEGUARD™ OUTBOARD BEARING
Off-the-shelf pillow block bearing installed outside the tank to shield from moisture.
BELLY PAN
Curved shape eliminates dead spots for material to gather, which is common at 90° angles.
