Complete Sand Processing in One Unit

The Sand Processing Plant is designed to improve fines recovery and dewatering efficiency. Combining a sump, pump, cyclone, and dewatering screen, it reduces moisture and ensures high-quality sand production. With a screening area of up to 137 ft² and a capacity of 400 TPH, it efficiently removes unwanted silts while recycling process water. Ideal for quarrying, mining, and aggregate applications, this plant minimises water usage and maximises material recovery.
