Wash and Dewater Fine Aggregates Efficiently

The Fine Material Washer removes unwanted fines while improving material handling efficiency. With screw diameters up to 66” and a maximum capacity of 400 TPH, it effectively dewaters materials to a moisture content of 15-25%. The adjustable overflow weir ensures precise fines retention, while its durable design suits quarrying, mining, and aggregate applications. A fully guarded drive system and optional hydraulic drive enhance reliability and ease of use.
