What is a trommel screen used for?
Trommels screen material through a rotating drum, which handles sticky, wet and bulky feed well. They are used for topsoil, compost, green waste, gravel, clay-bound rock and demolition waste.

MDS or McCloskey trommel?
MDS rock trommels are built for heavy, clay-bound rock and quarry feed with a large maximum rock size. McCloskey ET trommels suit topsoil, compost and organics where fine screening is the goal.
