Precision Readymix is a modern concrete supply business servicing commercial, residential and civil customers with ready mix concrete solutions.
MIMICO worked alongside Precision Readymix from the early planning stages of the business, supporting the development and supply of a new transit mixer fleet tailored to the operation’s production and delivery requirements.

The project involved supplying, assembling and commissioning 12 FBU CESCO concrete mixer units across a combination of truck platforms.
The fleet build included:
• 10 x 6m³ FBU CESCO mixer units on HINO trucks
• 2 x larger capacity FBU CESCO mixer units on 8-wheel truck platforms
MIMICO’s Engineering team completed the mixer installation, truck integration and commissioning work in-house.

The project required detailed assembly and installation work to integrate the mixer systems with the truck chassis while supporting reliable day-to-day concrete transport operations.
Works completed included:
• Supply of FBU CESCO concrete mixer bowls
• Mixer installation and chassis integration
• Hydraulic system installation
• Engineering fabrication and assembly work
• Fleet commissioning and operational preparation
The completed fleet was configured to provide flexibility across a range of job sizes and site access requirements.
Precision Readymix operates across a wide range of project types, with fleet usage varying daily depending on production demand and site requirements.
The 6m³ units support day-to-day concrete delivery operations, while the larger capacity units are used for higher volume work where site access allows.
