MIMICO delivered a custom long roofing crane truck build for Metalcraft Roofing Auckland, designed to support material transport and lifting requirements across roofing and construction applications.
The project involved integrating a HMF4020 K6 crane and FJ600 K4 fly jib onto an Isuzu CYJ460 6×4 truck platform, along with a purpose-built load deck and storage configuration suited to roofing product handling.
The crane truck build included:
• HMF4020 K6 crane
• FJ600 K4 fly jib
• Isuzu CYJ460 6×4 truck platform
The project was completed by MIMICO’s Engineering team, including structural design, fabrication and final assembly.
The build required detailed engineering to integrate the crane system, truck chassis and load body configuration while maintaining practical access, load security and operational efficiency.
