Avoca Group operates across Northland as a key supplier of agricultural lime, aggregates, and contracting services. With extensive onsite operations, Avoca handles much of their own day-to-day equipment maintenance, but relies on MIMICO for expert support when required.
“They’re responsive to our needs. We do a lot of our own routine maintenance but we call MIMICO in for breakdowns and problem-solving. It’s a pretty positive relationship all round,” says the team at Avoca.
Over the years, Avoca has built a reliable mobile crushing and screening fleet supplied by MIMICO. Their current lineup includes multiple Metso crushers, such as the LT1213 and LT1213S mobile impact crushers — providing flexible, high-capacity crushing capability across multiple sites.
For screening, Avoca operates a Metso ST2.4 mobile screen, allowing efficient separation and sizing of material in the field. Material handling is further supported by a Portafill TC75 tracked conveyor, helping maintain smooth site logistics.
In addition to their processing plant, Avoca’s fleet includes a CASE 821G wheel loader and an Atlas Copco MB1700 hydraulic breaker — all supported by MIMICO’s equipment supply, parts, and service teams.
