MYCASECONSTRUCTION LAUNCHES IN NZ WITH SMARTER GLEET INSIGHTS FOR CASE OWNERS.

MIMICO is pleased to share the arrival of myCASEConstruction, the new telematics platform for CASE Construction Equipment. This system replaces the long running SiteWatch portal and brings a noticeable step forward in how customers can monitor, manage and understand their machines.

Telematics has been standard in most CASE equipment for several years, but myCASE Construction takes things much further. It gives operators and fleet managers clearer data, easier navigation and reliable access through both desktop and the dedicated mobile app. Customers can check machine location, view usage reports, track hours, set alerts and keep an eye on fuel performance wherever they are.

The new platform also introduces improved worksite management with role based access for administrators, fleet managers, operators and fuel technicians. This keeps information tidy for each team and helps everyone stay aligned on maintenance, refueling and day to day expectations on site. Operator activity can be logged directly through QR codes in the mobile app, which gives businesses a more accurate view of how equipment is being used.

CASE has also streamlined maintenance planning. Machine profiles, service intervals, parts details and tasks are presented in a clearer format, helping customers stay ahead of their maintenance cycle. Smart alerts, combined with the SiteConnect modem, also allow dealers to pick up issues early and provide more proactive support.

The move from SiteWatch to myCASE Construction will be automatic. Customers with active telematics will be migrated by 1 December 2025, and both systems will run side by side until the end of the year. Users will receive an invitation email with login details, and any new machine activated in December will send data to both systems during the transition period.

For CASE owners across New Zealand, this update offers a clearer and more practical way to stay on top of machine performance. With better data and faster access, myCASE Construction helps customers make confident decisions about their fleet and keeps day to day operations running smoothly.
