Phil Elsley.

Phillip Elsley is the Hamilton, Auckland and North Account Manager in MIMICO’s Cranes and Transport division, supporting customers across the upper North Island with crane sales, technical advice and ongoing equipment support. He combines account management with strong technical capability, making him a key point of contact for both commercial and service-related requirements.

Phil joined Crane Sales New Zealand in 2020 and brings more than a decade of hands-on crane industry experience. His background includes senior technical and national service management roles, as well as extensive field experience as a crane technician working with complex lifting equipment across New Zealand.

With formal training in mechanical engineering and a solid understanding of crane systems, Phil works closely with customers, service teams and suppliers to deliver practical, reliable solutions. His approach is grounded in real-world site experience, clear communication and a strong focus on keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.
