MIMICO recognised for Marketing and Service Support at Metso Distributor Conference
MIMICO has been recognised with two awards at the Metso Distributor Conference held during Conexpo in Las Vegas, receiving Best in Marketing and Best in Service Support.
The awards acknowledge the work taking place across two areas that are central to how MIMICO operates. One focuses on how the brand is represented across marketing, digital platforms and communications. The other reflects the systems, people and processes involved in supporting equipment once it is operating in the field.
Both areas rely on coordinated effort across multiple teams. Marketing, parts, service and technical support all contribute to how customers experience the business, from the first interaction through to long term equipment ownership.
The recognition reflects the work happening behind the scenes across those teams. It also highlights the importance placed on ongoing support, parts availability and service capability for customers operating equipment across New Zealand.
