What Does the Epiroc Warranty Cover?

Coverage Details
General Warranty Covers defects due to faulty design, material, or workmanship when the product is used and maintained as specified.
Parts Warranty Epiroc Genuine Parts installed by qualified professionals are covered for 6 months or 500 hours, whichever comes first.
Labour & Travel Costs Labour is reimbursed at a fixed rate, with travel time up to 10 hours covered at 100%.
Replacement Components Damaged parts replaced under warranty are covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products failing within the first hour of operation are eligible for immediate replacement.

Epiroc Warranty Periods.

Product Warranty Period
Hydraulic Attachment Technology (HAT) 12 months or 1,000 hours, whichever occurs first.
Epiroc Genuine Parts 6 months or 500 hours, whichever occurs first.

Warranty Exclusions.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., filters, belts, wipers, brake linings).
  • Routine maintenance, adjustments, or inspections.
  • Failures caused by negligence, misuse, or non-genuine parts.
  • Costs for transportation, lost production, or consequential damages.

How to File a Warranty Claim.

1. Contact
MIMICO

Contact MIMICO or your nearest authorised service center.

2. Serial
Number

Provide the product’s serial number, a detailed issue description, and relevant documents.

3. Submit
Claim

Ensure claims are submitted promptly – within 30 days of repair and no later than 60 days from the breakdown.
