What’s Covered What’s Not Covered
Defects in Design and Materials. Repairs for any defects in design or materials reported during the warranty period. Non-Genuine Parts. Tyres, rubber tracks, batteries, and third-party attachments.
Labor Costs. Includes the cost of parts and labor to repair or replace defective components by authorised dealers. Wear and Tear Items. Teeth, cutting edges, ground engaging tools, and accessories subjected to normal use.
Engine Repairs. Handled by the engine supplier or authorised service agents for non-Dynapac engines. Attachments and Accessories. Buckets, attachments, and accessories not manufactured by Dynapac.
Genuine Dynapac Parts. Maintenance must use Dynapac genuine parts and consumables. Improper Use or Maintenance. Issues from using equipment for unintended purposes or not following maintenance guidelines.
