  • Four separate 5-metre-long feed hoppers with separate conveyors. Each hold 12 cubic metres and are fitted with belt scales.
  • All feeder belts are equipped with variable speed control to allow the operator to define material ratios from each bin.
  • Powered by a CAT C7.1 generator that can be connected to mains power.
  • Can drive a 24-metre radial stacker for extra stockpile capacity.
  • Nord electric gear drive motors allow for a wide range of accurate speeds to suit low-percentage blends.
  • Robust modular chassis with 4500mm long crawler tracks and hydraulically operated support legs to ensure complete stability when the machine is in operation.
  • Controls are centrally located and easily accessible for the operator.

  • A sweet solution for jobs that require high production material blending and mixing, with the bonus of a stockpiling capability.
  • Two variable speed belt feeders, a cement weigh hopper, the option of an additional weigh hopper, liquid additive, and options of mixing shaft design.
  • Two separate 5-metre-long feed hoppers, each holding 12 cubic metres, with the option of vibrating hydraulic tipping grids and a 3-metre-long pugmill, ensure a quality mix when adding high percentages of powders and liquids.
  • Option to add two powders with two separate mobile silos, as well as two liquids.

Precise PLC Control

  • The PM1200-20TB is fully automated using precise PLC control and recording systems.
  • PLC system provides product certainty and quality for the operator ensuring the correct percentage of fines is added to a given product.
  • Moisture can be recorded and controlled, further increasing the quality of the final product.
  • Machines can be connected via Wi-Fi to a tablet in a loader or site office, allowing operators to remotely control the plant up to 100 metres from the machine.
