MIMICO recently introduced new models in their range of Dynapac pavers. The SD1800W, F1250CS, and SD2500WS have been designed with enhanced productivity, efficiency, and ease of use in mind to improve the paving process.
A VERSATILE RANGE OF PAVERS
The SD1800W is a mid-sized paver that is ideal for urban and suburban roadways, parking lots, and bike paths. It features a 6.6-litre Cummins engine that delivers 173 horsepower and meets the latest Tier 4 Final emission regulations. The machine has a maximum paving width of 18 feet and a hopper capacity of 10 tons, which allows for longer paving intervals between refills.
One of the key features of the SD1800W is its exclusive Dynapac Compaction Assistant (DCA) system, which provides real-time feedback on mat thickness, temperature, and compaction. This technology allows operators to optimise their paving process and achieve uniform density across the entire mat.
The F1250CS is a compact and versatile paver that is ideal for residential and commercial paving projects. It features a 3.3-litre Perkins engine that delivers 74 horsepower and meets Tier 4 Final emission regulations. The machine has a maximum paving width of 12 feet and a hopper capacity of 5 tons, which allows for efficient paving in tight spaces.
The F1250CS also features Dynapac’s new Remote Monitoring System (RMS), which provides real-time data on machine performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs. This technology allows operators to remotely monitor their machines and make informed decisions about their maintenance and operations.
The SD2500WS is a large, high-performance paver that is ideal for highways, airports, and other large-scale paving projects. It features a powerful 8.9-litre Cummins engine that delivers 305 horsepower and meets Tier 4 Final emission regulations. The machine has a maximum paving width of 25 feet and a hopper capacity of 13 tons, which allows for extended paving intervals and increased productivity.
One of the key features of the SD2500WS is its new Electronic Steering System (ESS), which provides precise steering control and eliminates the need for mechanical linkages. This technology allows operators to make more accurate steering adjustments and reduces operator fatigue during long paving sessions
