“Kobelco Construction Machinery announces the opening of a new-company owned dealership in New Zealand. The establishment of Kobelco Construction Machinery New Zealand (KCMNZ) delivering Kobelco Equipment and parts from a new facility in South Auckland.”
KCMNZ will take a direct to market approach from July 1, 2023.
We understand this change may come as a surprise to some of our longstanding customers across the country. From MIMICO’s perspective we have thoroughly enjoyed the journey and association with Kobelco over the past decade and support their initiative to directly enter into the New Zealand market.

MIMICO will continue to support its client base and supply Kobelco Machinery and Genuine Parts during this transition period through to July 1, 2023.
MIMICO further commits that it is available to support its Kobelco customers with any servicing requirements beyond the market entry of KCMNZ.
